Once you land back at the Explorer's League Outpost, turn in We Have the Technology and We Can Rebuild It. Pick up Iron Rune Constructs and You: Rocket Jumping. Next to Walt, interact with the Work Bench and he will suit you up. Use the (1) Rocket Jump ability to complete the quest, turn it in and take Iron Rune Constructs and You: Collecting Data.

Suit up again on the Work Bench and next to Gwendolyn at the Outpost, use (1) Collect Data on the crystal to complete the quest. Turn it in and take Iron Rune Constructs and You: The Bluff. Suit up once again and at the Outpost, walk on top of the rug next to Lebronski and use (1) Bluff to complete the quest. Turn it in and take Lightning Infused Relics and The Delicate Sound of Thunder.

Suit up one last time and head a short distance south to Baelgun's Excavation Site at (72,68). At the site, use (2) Collect Data on any of the crystals you find and (3) Bluff on any of the Iron Dwarves that interrogate you. Make your way to the wooden platform on the left at (74,70) and take the elevator there to the bottom floor. The elevator makes 2 stops, get off at the 2nd stop, once off head forward to the cave at (73,70).

Head inside the cave and when you will see 2 dozen dwarves run in front of a statue hologram. When you see this, stop and listen to the dialogue from Loken to complete The Delicate Sound of Thunder. Head back the way you came out of the cave towards the elevator, you can use (1) Rocket Jump at the rune to quickly jump back to the top. Finish collecting any additional crystals you need and then leave the suit and ride back to the Outpost at (74,65).

Turn in both quests and take News From the East. Speak with Walt one more time and he will send you on your way to Westguard Keep.
