New Avalon

Pick up The Gift That Keeps On Giving and head down to the mine entrance at (58,31). Use your [Gift of the Harvester] on the Scarlet Miners you until 5 of them join you as Scarlet Ghouls. Return back to town and turn in the quest.

Take An Attack Of Opportunity and turn it in nearby to get Massacre At Light's Point. Head back to the Havenshire Mines at (58,32) and use an Inconspicuous Mine Car to take a ride down to the shore. Take control of a Scarlet Cannon, hold the right mouse button to aim, (1) to fire Scarlet Cannon, (2) for Electro-magnetic Pulse when enemies are close by. When you've killed 100 Scarlet units, press (5) to return to town with Skeletal Gryphon Escape and turn in the quest.

Take the next step, Victory At Death's Breach and ride a Scourge Gryphon at (53,32) back to Acherus. Head to the center (48,29) and turn in the quest and pick up The Will Of The Lich King.

Now's is also a great time to pick up new skills from the trainer (Pestilence, Death Strike and Raise Dead) and to spend those next 5 talent points if you haven't already. I took: Bladed Armor 3/3 and Dark Conviction 2/5.

Take the windrider back down to Death's Breach, go to and turn the quest back in to Prince Valanar now at (53,36) and take The Crypt of Remembrance.

Ride south to Noth the Plaguebringer at (55,52) and take The Plaguebringer's Request, then head to the Crypts at (54,57), turn in The Crypt of Remembrance and take the two new quests Nowhere To Run And Nowhere To Hide and Lambs To The Slaughter. Head back outside and go south into New Avalon.

1. For these 3 quests, kill all NPCs on your way between each point. Head to the New Avalon Inn at (57,63) and make your way down to the basement and grab the [Empty Cauldron]
2. Next go to the New Avalon Forge at (61,60) and grab the [Iron Chain] near the right door.
3. Go to the New Avalon Town Hall at (52,71), kill Mayor Quimby and take the [New Avalon Registry] on the desk.

You should be done with Nowhere To Run And Nowhere To Hide and The Plaguebringer's Request, head back to the Inn if you need more Citizens to kill or towards the north gate if you need Soldiers. Both of these areas respawn these NPCs quickly.

When you are done, return to the Noth at (55,52) and turn in The Plaguebringer's Request. Accept Noth's Special Brew and turn it in along with any additional stacks of [Crusader Skull] you may have. Then go south to the Crypts at (54,57) and turn in your quests and take How To Win Friends And Influence Enemies. Open the [Ornately Jeweled Box] you receive and equip both [Keleseth's Persuader]s and head south back to New Avalon.

Fight any of the Scarlet soldiers with your new weapons. Don't do any special attacks, simply autoattack until one of them submits and begins to talk. When you're done return to the Crypts at (54,57) and turn in the quest. Pick up Behind Scarlet Lines. Also be sure to re-equip your [Runed Soulblade] if you haven't already.

Another 8 talent points available, I took: Dark Conviction 5/5, Vendetta 3/3, Rune Tap and Bloody Strikes 4/5
